Since our launch in 2003, The PMH Foundation has donated millions of dollars to the Princess Margaret Hospital by way of:
Dialysis machines
X-ray machines
Incubators
Wheelchairs
Cardiac monitors
Gurneys
Mammograms
Hospital beds
Hospital supplies (e.g. blankets, air-conditioners + maintenance & repairs)
Advanced surgical equipment
Accident & Emergency department renovations
Accident & Emergency department equipment
Sponsoring patients for home equipment
Monetary contributions for staff education
Monetary contributions for patient treatments (like radiation and chemotherapy) specifically pediatric patients

2006 Ansbacher donation: $99,500.00
2007 Dialysis Machine campaign: $327,967.17
May 2007: 8 dialysis machines in partnership with Tile King and Tribune Media at a cost of $164k
2008 Miracle concert at British Colonial Hilton: $36,312.20
February 2009: The Rotary club partnered with The Foundation to donate car seats to the paediatric unit
September 2009: Welch Allyn Monitors donated (x3) at a cost of $10,686.60
2010 ventilator system purchased at a cost of $84,593.30
2011 Go Pink day: $28,009.79
January 2011: A new mammogram machine in partnership with Links Bahamas at a cost of $25k
April 2011: A pledge from the Cancer Society of The Bahamas was secured totaling $25k
2012 Mammogram machine campaign: $144,815.00
January 2012: Donation received from the E. Thomlinson Memorial Fund ($17,537.00)
January 2012: RBC Royal Bank awards a grant/ donation of $60k
October 2012: Donated a digital mammogram in partnership with Marathon Bahamas and Susan G. Komen race for the cure at a cost of $66k
2013 Marathon Bahamas: $40,000.00
2014 Dialysis machines purchased at a cost of $48,020.81
November 30, 2015: 3 dialysis machines to the dialysis unit at a cost of $60k
2018 Marathon Bahamas: $25,000.00
2019 Core Capital donated 2 dialysis machines at a cost of $40,000.00
March 14, 2019: 25 new adult beds valued at over $90k
February, 2023: Anonymous monetary donation of $25k from ‘Friends of Prof Dr. Magnus Ekedede’
May 15, 2023: Modular administration building & canopy valued at $480k
September, 2023: Anonymous monetary donation of $25k
November, 2023: Craniotome tool donated to the neurosurgery department valued at $42k
November, 2024: Sunshine Insurance donation of $5k
